WIth over 20 years of experience in education, communication systems, and workforce development, she ensures that Nexus's solutions remain deeply human-centered. She also oversees strategic partherships, investor relations, customer training and implementation, and long-term organizational growth.
Daniel Humphrey
Co-Founder & Strategic Advisor
Daniel provides strategic guidance on business development, client relationships, and market positioning. With a background in national staffing, sales, and workforce development, he brings valuable insight into how Nexus’s solutions align with real-world business needs. His experience supports go-to-market execution and long-term partner engagement, while helping maintain mission alignment as the company grows.
Patrick Rood
Director of Finance
Patrick oversees financial strategy, forecasting, and capital management. With two decades of experience supporting startups and high-growth ventures, he brings discipline to Nexus’s budgeting, fundraising, and financial modeling. He plays a critical role in shaping the company’s sustainability and investment readiness.
Mario Toruno
Director of Technology
Mario leads product development and AI model architecture at Nexus. He is responsible for building and securing the domain- specific language models (DSLMs) that power the LOUIS system. With a strong background in systems design and applied AI, he ensures the technical integrity and scalability of Nexus’s solutions.
Audra Hall
Business Operations
Audra manages day-to-day operations, internal processes, and cross- team coordination. Drawing from 27 years in education and leadership, she brings exceptional organizational structure and accountability to Nexus’s execution. Her work ensures that projects move forward efficiently and that team dynamics remain mission- aligned.
